It takes a lot of courage to recognize when something isn’t right with our mental health and to do something about it.

The 'Learn & Save' rewards program gives you opportunities to receive product discounts whenever you perform a mental health-related activity ( i.e learning something about mental health or taking a quiz).

Types of Learn & Save Games or Challenges

I. Quiz-Modules

Embedded in select products are 'Quiz-Modules'. Each module has a mental health theme ( i.e anxiety, depression, exercise&brain, etc). The goal is to learn all about the mental health 'theme' of that module. You will be given links to articles, websites, videos, etc that teach you something about that topic. Once you've completed it, you are then given a quiz question to answer. Many of the quizzes will reward you with discount coupons if you get it right. The value of the discount coupons is not revealed until you get it right.
