WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
All TNAZ Brand products are final sale and cannot be returned. Unless your order was damaged during the manufacturing and printing process, or lost in transit we do not issue returns and refunds. However, if there are any issues please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We will see what we can do. If you purchased designer, luxury, or independent brand items, go to our returns policy for more information on what to do. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Below are the estimated delivery time ( arrival time)
A. TNAZ Branded items: Delivery Time = Fulfillment time + Shipping time
- Fulfillment (Printing time) = 2 - 7 business days
- Estimated shipping time = 3-7 business days depending on where you live (for USA and EU locations).
- However, due to COVID-19 related delays, shipping times may take up to 30 business days for certain products ( i.e t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel).
B. International brand items: May take approximately 12-24 business days to the USA. For these items, we do not ship to countries outside of the USA.
C. Designer and luxury brand items: May take approximately 7 business days.
WHY ARE MY ORDERS SHIPPED SEPARATELY/ WHY AM I MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Some items will be shipped separately and may take a bit longer due to the printing process and to ensure that they arrive in good condition. Others may ship separately from different processing facilities
Items that are shipped separately:
- Pillows and Totes may take longer to print and will ship separately.
- Other items that are shipped separately include posters, mugs, stickers, and socks.

WHY DOES MY TRACKING LINK SAY “UNAVAILABLE” WHEN I CLICK ON IT?
Tracking links take 1 to 2 business days to update in our shipping partner’s system, so give it some time to process. If you’ve been waiting more than 2 business days, reach out to us at admin@tnazdesigns.com
I NOTICE SOME WEAR AND TEAR ON MY ORDER
WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTRA SHIPPING FEES?
Depending on your country, you may owe duties, taxes, or import fees in addition to our shipping rates, which only cover the transit cost of the products. Sorry, we can’t change the government laws!
